State Engineers’ Association, Tripura (SEAT) is the pioneer platform of graduate service engineers of the state. Since its inception in 1968 A.D. the Association has always been active for betterment of service conditions of graduate engineers serving in different Government organizations of the state. The engineer members have always been keen and aware enough for bringing qualitative change in respect of socio-economic aspects related to development activities in the state.
